You can add a minus sign – directly in front of a number or fraction.
- Example: To enter “negative two-fifths,” type -2/5.
- Example: It is also fully supported in complex expressions, such as 3 * (-1/4).
To Build Complex Expressions:
Feel free to use parentheses () to control the order of operations, combined with + (add), – (subtract), * (multiply), and / (divide) for multi-step calculations.
- Example: To calculate “(one and a half plus two-thirds) times three,” you can type (1 1/2 + 2/3) * 3.
